Business software maker Oracle Corp. said Monday it has entered into a definitive agreement to buy server builder Sun Microsystems in a deal worth $7.4 billion.Oracle said it will buy Sun common stock for $9.50 per share in cash, a 42% premium from Friday's closing price of $6.69. Full story

It’s a gripping argument that has people all across this great land and the world lined up on both sides of the issue. I have always thought, whether its easier to teach a manager technical skills or teach a technical person how to be a manager. Having a Technical experience of nearly 5 yrs and more, i feel that Management is complex compared to Technical. Full story
